I was wondering if the fish Botia Sidthumunki will eat small snails
The reason I ask is that it only grows to about 2-3 cm but will mainly eat live food
If I get one I will feed him as much live food as required.

I have 65lt tank and can't really put something in like clown loaches Coz of their full grown size, and I am certainly not using chemicals
If they don't, can any one recommend a small fish that will help in the even I have a snail problem

Don't worry will not introduce new fish until it's fully cycled

I have only found 1 so far but it's a odds on bet they will be more

I am aware of other methods and in small amounts snails can be beneficial

•keeping food down to a minimal amount
•Physically removing them
•using a food trap to congregate them for removal
•putting pure copper in the tank (something I don't want to use either)

I am just preparing myself with knowledge prior to a possable problem

Any advice will be appreciated
