1 dKH = 17.8 mg/L (or ppm).
So you could also divide your total ppm by 17.8 to find out your dKH.
FWIW, I always use dKH and not meq/L or mg/L. I just find it easier to work with dKH for some reason. If you are ever trying to go from meq/L to dKH, multiply the meq/L by 2.8. For example:
1 meq/L = (1 X 2.8) = 2.8 DKH
or
2 meq/L = (2 X 2.8) = 5.6 DKH
Most alkalinity suppliments use meq/L so this is why I through this in here.
