Kole tang with white blotches

It doesnt look like ich, but hes got these small "faded" spots on him that kind of look like white blotches. here are some pics. Sorry if they are crap, took me 20min just to get these lol. hes too fast for my camera.

He has nice color. I would say they are scrapes from tight spots in the LR. That`s my guess anyway.

He wont eat the seaweed that i put on the clip for him....

I've only had min for maybe 2-3 weeks though. I've heard of kole tangs not eating seaweed for longer. Hes a pig though when i feed him Rods herbavore food and some brine shrimp
