Kuhli Issue - Could be an ulcer?

Hi All,

One of my kuhlis has a growth in its abdomen and I was just wondering what it was and if there's anything I can do to treat it?

It doesnt appear to be moving much but is breathing as if it was very stressed.

Update: Poor Kuhli died a day later. I still cant work out what it is but hopefully its not contagious..
