large pleco

I noticed this morning that my large Plecos fins are kind of red on the ends almost like a sore but its on both front fins the picture sucks but maybe you can tell

Got the test kit. Nitrates at 10 nitrite 0 hardness 25 alkaline 120 Ph 7.2 all seems ok

I also notice he has tiny white bumps all over him
