Late Bloomer male Swordtail?

I have a 29 gallon aquarium currently with three swords, seven neon tetras, and two green tiger barbs (which may or may not be moved to another tank.) A couple weeks ago I bought two female swordtails along with one male. Now I've been looking at my pineapple female and it seems like she has a different body shape from the other female along with a narrower anal fin. Sometimes she hides from the other fish but she's been out a lot more since I got the neons. I'm thinking about getting another female anyways but I'm not sure about any more due to stocking. Plus, the two "males" are getting along very well. One, is this a late bloomer? Two, is it okay just to get one other female if they all get along well?
