Lazy angelfish...

My angelfish, convict, whom is a year and a half old and the size of my hand if my fingers are spread, always is resting on the bottom of the tank. She had a torn side fin ( I think from my other angel) and I treated my tank with melafix bc I was afraid it would get infected. It looks almost completely healed but the other time she swims around is when I feed or just walk over to check them out. Any other time she is hangin on the bottom...she eats fine and swims fine when she will...any ideas?? I'm at a loss here as to how to deal...
Tank specs: 55g - 2 angelfish(mature), 9 harlequins, 6 cories, 2 loaches, albino bn pleco

Planted tank 90g rated aqueoun filter...

What are your tank parameters? Sound like an internal parasite could be lurking?

Tank parameters are all within normal limits. I treated for parasites bc that's what I thought it could be too...I have de wormer flakes:/ I'm completely stumped on this one...
