He's already been scolded about it. He's suppose to be setting up a 90 for it.

But if it isn't soon it will be the only one in the tank.

Yeah gillie it is currently in my 60 with the Africans, I bought it before knowing better. Originally was gonna rehome it but there is just something about that fish.

And mike, yeah the transition will come soon, were still a little ways out from it plowing through the tank. Its the second smallest fish in the tank, its also the nicest. Never even nips. I know that will change soon. I'm also expecting him to grow much faster than the others. I'm hoping to get the tank in the next month and then cycle it so probably 4-6 weeks from the tank swap as long as nothing surprising occurs (like a missing yellow lab).

Heres the blue regals, and their setup.

Could this be a blue regal? I've been searching for what he is and it resembles that male a lot. (Red doesn't show up well in the pic) but the scarlet with black and white tinge on the pectoral fins, the white on the top fin, the red behind the head. It has light blue streaks in the face too though they don't show up well. Just curious.

Absolutely looks like one to me. He could be a cross, but my guess would be a blue regal. If it was a cross id say possibly a blue orchid x with a blue regal. But im thinkin its a regal.
