So I'm working on my first fully planted tank and plants should be coming this week which includes:

1 Anubias
1 Red Amazon Sword
2 Amazon Swords (Echinodorus argentinensis)
1 Java Fern
4 Limnophila aquatica
4 red Crypt walkeri, Cryptocoryne walkeri "Red"
5 stems of Egeria (Anacharis)
8 stems of Bacopa monnierii
4 stems of Narrow Leaf Hygrophila
5 stems of Ludwigia
5 stems of Hygrophila lancea
10 stems of Rotala indica

I have FloraMax substrate with root tabs but wondering what other fertilizer I may need or use?

You could get away with flourish comprehensive and api leaf zone. Pps pro from Greenleaf aquatics would be better. What's your lighting?

My lighting from what I understand is considered low light. It's a National Geo deluxe programmable LED

And this is in a 29g? (Saw your planted tank thread)
For water column ferts I would go with what was suggested a couple of posts above.
You will need a substrate fert for the swords and crypts. Any type of root tab/pellet would do. Some use the DIY osmocote capsules (very cost effective). My favorite are the AquaFertz root pellets from AquarumPlants dot com.
