Light Bulbs Help

Ok so I decided to go to the lfs 2morrow fore some light bulbs my lamp iys a glo t5ho dual 54 watts right now I have light bulbs for a reef tank wat kind should I get

Some combination if 10k and 6.7k. Plants will use either. Those 'flora' bulbs or w/e the particular brand calls thrm are usually 5k ish. Plants can use them, but its also a taste thing. They're kinda yellow.

i really dont care about the color really aslong as they make my plants grow good, also how do i know when they are 67 k or 10k ive been lookin at some and couldnt find it the only ones i knew they where 10k were for reef but the lady at one lfs told me that she had some 67 k but i dont remember if she say if they were red or blue

i know she mention a color i wasnt sure if the light was actually red or blue
