I'm interested in purchasing new t5ho lighting which i think would work great for my 55 gallon 48" long tank.
My question is, I have a brace that goes around the top of the tank with a black piece of plastic that supports the tank in the center. If I were to purchase this light, would it eventually crack the center brace due to heat? Would there be any way to prevent this? Thanks in advance!
