Where do I fall on the low-high light spectrum? I have read and read and read until my eyeballs hurt and I'm a tad overwhelmed with info on lights, ferts, algae, CO2, etc. I just want to know where I fall. LOL
I have a 62.5 gallon. 24" deep. It has T5HO fixture. I'm trying to learn as I am also venturing into the whole live plant realm. :)
It is a dual fixture with one:
Fluval 46" Life
Wattage: 54 W
Lumens: 4,300
Lux: 422
CRI: 6,700 K

and one:
Fluval 46" Spectrum
Wattage: 54W
Lumens: 2150
Lux: 233
CRI: 18000K

Am I low? Medium?

Both together puts you at the low end of medium light. However with a 24" depth a lot of you carpeting plants won't grow well. Also note that the Fluval with the 18000K temperature is too high in the blue end to be best for plants. It's more of a saltwater spectrum. You should match its temp to your other fixture or at least stay below 10000K.
OS.
