lighting for my tank

I found this compact light on ebay was wondering what ya'll thought about it for a 30 gallon tank it is 2x96watt bulbs I want to run 1 bright white and 1 Actinic BLUE, or is it better to go with a 50/50 bulb?

I have VHO bulbs and run 2 50/50 and 2 super actinic. I like the look of it. You can check out my images and see if you like the color.
