Is this tank up and running or are you just getting started?

No I've had it for two years now just wanted to do something different with the lights

Then I suggest starting the lights off at @ 25% and then maybe every 7-10 days bump the lights up @ 5% and then give it another 7-10 days, I started these lights over a 24" deep tank with the lights about 10" from the glass and it was still a lot for the corals to take when switching from a 6 bulb t5ho

Ok good. That was going to be my next question when the lights arrived. Ya my tank is 23" in height. Right now I only have a toadstool coral and a war coral. The Lfs sold me the war coral knowing what kind of lights I have and knowing what I know now it isn't enough for it to grow. Hence the upgrade. The toadstool coral is fine

So the new taotronics came in today. How high does it need to be above the tank? How long should the whites stay on and same questions go for the blues and the moonlights
