Hello All --

Its been awhile since I was last on the site. Hope everyone are well. I'm still struggling with blue-green algae in 2 of my tanks. I've replaced my light bulbs with 6500K bulbs. I don't really understand K-value as I've always dealt with foot-candles and color spectrum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

6500k is correct for freshwater plants.
What is your lighting cycle? It could be the time the lights are on is too long .
Where in tank does algae grow [top middle bottom]?
