I temporarily have a 48inch 260 watt power compact light over my small 55 gallon reef while waiting for my new t5 bulbs. I have a bunch of brand new PC bulbs sitting around....so what is the best combo for a reef tank for about 4-5 days? 2 50/50 (10k and actinic) and two 6700/10k bulbs? or 2 50/50 and two actinic? All 10k? or two 10k and two 50/50? Please help? Thanks

it doesn't even matter. whatever you like looking at for 5 days is your answer. the reefs get complete cloud cover for a week straight many times without negative effects.

Since you are going to be upgrading to better lights, I would go with the highest PAR bulbs you have, which are probably the 10K. At least it would be the start of acclimating to the higher output lighting.
