Ok, the lights on my marineland led 55 are too weak to grow anything but i have a fixture in my basement with 2x 40 watt 4100k bulbs. Will i be able to grow medium light plants like wisteria? I have eco complete and my tank is 21 inches deep.

If you float Water wisteria close to the light, you should be able to grow it. Ideally, you want 6500 K bulbs, these come closest to natural daylight at 5500 K. Since you have them, try them out.

Don't forget plants also need pure water conditions, so large weekly water changes are helpful and dose a source of the "trace elements" weekly.
