Lights for an anemone

I have T5 HO lights, 4 bulbs, 39W, 36" over my 40 gallon breeder tank. Is that sufficient lighting to sustain an anemone and some plant life like shaving brushes?

No on the nem. I'd say 6 at a min.

You'll be fine with shaving brushes. I wouldn't get an anemone tho.
