Just wondering. Everyone with LEDs. I have 120 watt LEDs over a 4 by 3 high tank. How long do you run your blues and how long do you run both white and blues togethet

I have a 55 gallon which is 4 long and18 inches high. I have the LEDs mounted 7 inches above the tank. I have the blues come on at 11:30 and the whites at 1pm. Then the whites go off at 8:30pm and the blues at 10:30pm. Seems to work pretty good for my set up.
