Little white things

I have these white round or bulb shaped critters. Started after a couple months, now I have many, and they're getting pretty big. On the rock and coral. Seem to have tip on top. Like the underside the best.
Any ideas? Thanks

Look up flatworms. I have read and been told that the white ones are harmless but they multiply very quickly.

Can they be round? These are like little tiny berries, (but white)

Also define "pretty big" ... a couple mm?, 1-2 cm?, 3 inches?

Anything that can flourish in your tank very quickly is undesirable. They will over run everything.

Sessile. 1-2 mm. Saw something that looked like a sponge. Mine are a bit more round. Outside of that, I think thats it. (small tip on top)

They are pineapple sponges they are harmless filter feeders
