Hey everyone, hope all is good.

It's a long time since i have been on here! I left the rift scene for a few months and set-up a nano reef which i still have. I recently got a new aquarium and it was going to be another reef system but i think i have decided on rifts again. Here is a pic, any suggestions with stock shout them out

Wow that will make an incredible rift tank! Will you have an automatic water changer built in or will you be physically maintaining it by yourself?

Thankyou dallas, Hopefully it will I will i think, i plan on having water butts under the aquarium full of treated water and the tank will have section from the sump dedicated to draining the tank straight to the drain outside. I then have return pumps ready to be switched on to fill the tank back up. I'm hoping to buy a neptune apex system, these can have lots equipment linked up and all controlled via mobile.

The tank does come away from the base, its very misleading and yeah the base and hood is high gloss black.

Yeah, if it all goes to plan that is. If not it will be me maintaining the tank but still having water butts ready to fill back up. I will have bad back ache after a month probably lol

Thanks guys Nope, no water in there as yet, it will take quite a lot of filling i think.

Nope, something that is totally new to me I'm wanting the sump to be quite complex and run/monitored of an apex Neptune.. If it turns out to be to over the top then i will try and keep it simple I think i am going for the herbie style plumbing/sump.
