I have moved my two puffer fish from their own 10g tanks to a 29g tank together. I have it heavily planted like they like it, but I do have a lot of top space in the tank that is open. I would like some medium to large floating plants that they would feel comfortable hiding in. I am not interested in duckweed or java moss....have plent of moss and duck weed isn't want I am looking for. I want something that hangs in the water a bit that they could hide in. Got anything, send me a pm. Thanks! :D

have you looked at hornwort? my local petsmart has HUGE clumps of it for about 2 or 3 bucks

Yeah...I've got some hornwort in there and I just don't like it that much. It looks okay but it isn't as soft as a lot of plants can be. It is more "prickly" if you know what I mean....puffers dont have scales and even though I am sure the hornwort is fine, I prefer softer plants for them.
