Hello Everyone,

I recently set up a second small aquarium for my kids, and moved some fish from my main tank over to it. Now I'm looking at options for replacing them. Below are the details of my main tank:

36 Gal
Fluval i206 canister filter & Aquaclear 30 HOB filter
76-77°
16 gal weekly water changes

Current stocking: 2 Angelfish, 3 Zebra Loaches, 1 Albino Bristlenose Pleco, and one lowly surviving Otocat. As well, I have lots of live plants and driftwood.

I've read a few places that German Rams are good tank mates for the Angels, but I'm concerned about aggression. I was leaning towards Sword tails, but I'm also liking the thought of a schooling fish, but I'm unsure what would be a good choice.

Any thoughts, ideas, or options?

Thanks in advance everyone!

I have Rams

with my Angels. They''re totally peaceful in my tank. You never know with fish, though. You may get Gandhi, you may get Lizzie Borden...:)

I had one swordtail with my Angels when I first started the tank. The Angels killed him. They leave the Rams alone - probably because they'll fight back.
