Lost the 2nd angel as well :(

Your tank is certainly large enough for angels, so try not to get discouraged. You can either try adding multiple angels at the same time, waiting for a pair to form, and then removing the outsiders; or you could keep just a single angel- they don't have to be in groups. You have plenty of room in your tank, so if you really want to, go for it!

And BTW... it's been my experience that larger angels are much easier to keep alive than small juveniles. If you look for one that is 3+ inches, or even an established pair (although this can be a pricey option), then you should have better luck next time.
 
So sorry for your loss. I agree don't give up on the angels. I have one angel that can't be in a tank with any other angels, it attacks them all. And I have a pair in another tank that spawn regularily. They all have different personalilties, you will be able to find the right mix I am sure.
