Lost two emerald crabs need help!!

So I have now been through two emerald crabs within a month. They are living for about two weeks. All test come back perfect and I don't understand why they keep dying. And no they are not just a molt....

I have been keeping emeralds for a couple years and have noticed that some just dont make it. I have some that are a few months old at most, the rest seem to die off rather quickly. I have good water parameters too, I have just chalked it up to them not being super hardy critters.

that's you problem right there , there starving to death
a few hermits in a 29 may live now but give your tank time to mature before adding the emeralds that will give you better luck with them
