low light plants for an angel tank ?

what would be a good cheap plant for a 45 bowfront with angels in it
I think something long like vals , but don't think I have enough light for them
2 t12 bulbs (cool white )
I have 2" quartz sand on the bottom and lots of rock
and where is a good place to get them

You can get them online or in fish stores. Tropica.com is good.

Anubias, Java fern and Java moss as well as bolbitis are good options.

The first three need to be tied lightly to driftwood or rock.
