i baby talk to my widdle fishies--but i NEVER baby talk to my son! especially the plecos who i don't see that often. the fish (and my son) must think i've gone off my rocker (which i have--but that was a LONG time ago! )

I make faces and talk to my fish. Actually I'm guilty of baby talking my fish. I'm the worst with my two puffers because I have taught them to eat out of my hands. I call them over for meals and talk to them while they are eating. Its almost like they understand the way the sit and wag thier little bodies at me
