Anyone help me identify this angel?

it's definitely either male or female. 
But in all seriousness, it appears to be too small to make a more accurate guess. Angels become sexually mature at about 8 - 10 months old and so until they are close to that age, it's only going to be a guess as to gender. Even as adults, the only way to 100% sex the fish is to see their reproductive tubes or watch them spawning. For now, I'd just enjoy the fish.
