mandarin question

I just purchased a madarin goby from the LFS, and I do believe the poor thing has been starved. He is so skinny!! I have plenty of copepods for him to eat... will him feeding be a problem?

If he is too far gone, it may be too late, but if he has the strength and the food is plentiful it may be OK. I have one that was in the same shape when I got it about 5 months ago and now he is fat happy and dancing all around the glass looking at himself.
