marine algae sheet questions

I just ordered a sheet of Ocean Nutrition green marine algae, and I have some questions.
1. How will I feed this to the fish? Should I weigh it down with a rock?
2. Will my otocinclus eat this?
3. Can I feed it to my RCS?

1) I use a clip, but you can weight it with a rock or even just let it float then sink

2) Mine do, and love it

3) I feed it to mine once a week, they also get shrimp pellets
