I have been running a penguin 200 for 2 months now, while doing my weekly water change, shook out the filter pad, it completely fell apart. I have had the same bags in my aqueons for months, rather Un impressed with the marine land pads..

I have run a penguin biowheel for 1 month now an have not experienced anything. Well they are different so...

If you go to shake out media in a bucket do so carefully, mine completely shredded out, not good, luckily I run 2 hob's and a sponge so I didn't mini cycle or anything bad..
