Maybe a silly question but.. Home Depot gravel safe?

50 lb. All-Purpose Gravel-115150 at The Home Depot

Is this gravel safe? I'm sure they couldn't possibly have done anything to it... but I might as well ask anyway.

And they have organic Miracle Gro that I wanna use for planting... as long as dirt is organic it's aquarium safe?

I have read that Organic miracle Gro is safe, and have read that the gravel should also be fine.
