Minnows Breeding?

Hello Everybody!

I live in NH, and now that spring is here, I want something fun to do! So I thought of the idea of breeding local minnows for fun! I know that they're cyprinids, so could they breed with any cyprinids like freshwater sharks, and barbs? If not, what can they breed with? Thanks a ton!

Yeah, just for fun. I'll see what they look like, and then keep them in my 10 gallon tank together, feeding some to the oscars.
