Molly frye

Hi. My gold Molly gave birth about three weeks ago. I have questions about the frye. Why is there so much variation among them. Some are big and others small, some are becoming gold like momma, but then some are marbled, one is spotted like a Dalmatian, a few are really yellow with black spots. I have a 20 gallon, planted tank with three Mollies, five guppies, and two catfish. Let me note that I bought all fish from a local pet store, both Mollies are female, the third, which appears to be a Balloon Molly, is a grown frye from the other Molly (they came pregnant) and the guppies are male.

Sounds like the Mollies bred with another color of Molly. Also you will have size differences in all species fry some will grow faster than other's and some will be runt's. Genetic's play a huge part also.
