we have a silver Molly and we thought she was pregnant as she had a gravid spot and was hiding away the last few days. But last night she was swimming nose down vertically!! She looked like she couldn't control it... Her tummy is very dark too?

Please help?!

Perhaps a water change is in order, have you recently tested your water? If so when, when also was your last water change? Has anything changed in the tank? How many fish do you have? What are their numbers? Size of tank?

We have 2 neon tetras 2 albino glow light tetras a Molly n a clown pleco water has been changed regularly and nothing has changed. But we have given them some peas..: and there's a lot of white poo in the tank now?

The Molly is now swimming fine but still has a ark tummy, any ideas? X

Yeah I have one idea!

How about upgrading your 6g tank to accommodate all of your fish which will be suffering in the cramped conditions.

Water quality in a 6g with this amount of WRONG fish is bound to be really bad.

Is this just over someone saying about your water? You have to get a mod to close a thread. The White poo means internal parasites. You need to get medication fast . Boost up your water change schedule too. That ought to help.

It's difficult to ask for help, it is a vulnerable position to be in. Sorry that the advice given was snarky, but thick skin will help if you want the truth. I hope you both upgrade your tank and continue to seek answers from this or any community. Good luck!
