Hi Everyone,

My friend gave me a small strip of LED blue moonlights for my 36 gal tank. I have them on now, and they give some subdued blue light in the center of the tank, but both sides are relatively dark. Do you suggest turning these off at night, or do folks leave them on all night? My friend has a 125 gal African Cichlid tank and he would leave them on all night on his tank.

How do you use yours?

Thanks-D

I just added some LED blue lights to my 60 gallon and everything I have read and heard says you should have some time with no light at all. Since fish have no eyelids they need it completely dark to sleep.

yea i have moonlights on for about an hour before lights out. your fish need to sleep
