Mouth brooder

I have three fwmale cichlids with eggs in their mouths . I was woundering how to tell if they have been fertalized before i move them to their own tanks cause i dont want to take them to early.

If they're holding the eggs in their mouths they won't be fertilized later, that happens when they pick them up during spawning.
