Moving breeding Cichlids to new tank

I have a 29 gallon tank with a variety of Cichlids species. Did not get into this to breed, but... I have a pair of breeding Buffaloheads, about 20 babies for Mother's Day! A Jewel that has laid eggs 5 times (no male) too many for the tank size.

I will give away some babies and bought a 45 gal...How do I move evryone? Mom and dad are sequestered in a cave...babies (I think) are starting to pair off ...strange tail twitching behavior
