Quick question,

How long does it take MTS to populate a tank? I got about 6 from a LFS for free a couple weeks ago and since I put them in the tank I have only seen one on the glass during the night.

Well if your really curious, you could look around in the sand, but once it gets rolling, they breed pretty quick.

It really depends on how much you're feeding. If you significantly overfeed the aquarium, then they will reproduce rapidly, however if you don't overfeed then they won't reproduce much at all.

In my experience you won't really see them on the glass much. The only reason I know that I have any at all are the lines they cut in my sand at night.
