Mushroom coral lighting and care

I was wondering if I could use my freshwater fluorescent light for mushroom corals? I won't have any other corals.. It's a 33 long

Fluorescent but how could I tell the rest?

There is also letters and numbers on the bulb but don't look that important

Is it a cool white or warm bulb. Cool is 10000k warm is 6400k

You could try the shrooms near the top of the tank. Move them down if they shrivel or start fading.
