Mussell on Live Rock

A mussell came as a hitchhiker on a piece of live rock from my LFS. He's been opening and closing the shell every once in a while, I like him in the tank, is there anything I should do to take care of it? feeding or anything like that?

They filter feed should get all it needs from the water You can feed plankton if you like
