My 2.6ft Planted tank

Tank setup on: 27th April 2013
Filtration: AquaOne canister
Heater: 150W
Lighting: 2x 2ft T5HO
Substrate: Eco-Complete
Wood: Manzanita
Rocks: Unknown (looks a bit like Bluestone)
Plants: Various Anubias, Crypts and Hairgrass
Stock: 5 Ember tetra & 2 small Peppermint Bristlenose

The tank got a bit neglected due to illness. BBA was rampant, and just about every other type of algae out there.
So i hit it hard, removed infected leaves, treated the BBA with excel, i did lose quite a bit of hairgrass, this will need to be replaced. Also more plants will be added over time
Tank is now being dosed again and will be getting DIY CO2 added within a week or so

I have added an Otto internal, the tank needed more water movement. Now the fish are current surfing lol and loving it

The BBA is slowly coming under control finally. I planted more hairgrass, but i think i need new light tubes, as it just doesnt seem as happy as it should be.
The decor may get a slight change as i want to catch the 2 peppermint BN out of here and add them to the breeding colony i have. Will update with a new pic when it all gets done

I had to catch the 2 peppermint BN out of this tank, so i ended up demolishing it, got rescaped today
