My 75 gallon Reef with 20 gallon sump

Here are pictures of reef tank started in March with 130 lbs base rock and 35 lbs live rock.Because the denser Caribbean rock was used with a four to five inch seeded sand bed the tank did not need to cycle the old ways.All the equiptment,filter,pumps,heater and protein skimmer were run for two weeks with no lights or livestock except for the live rock and few critters that came from it.
Livestock and corals were added after the two weeks.

Yellow tang
Powder blue tang
Cinnamon clown

Nassarius snails
Cerity snails

I know the tang police will have some comments but I checked with my two Tangs and they said they were great.LOL

When they grow two big later I have someone who will trade me for smaller ones as needed.
