My bleeding hearts loosing the orange colour and looks silver

I've had ich white spot, I treated the tank with waterlife whitespot and fungal I turn the temp up to 28c and added aquarium salt, the spots all went but then they started flashing, swimming erratically at each other and banging there gills on the tank, so I've turned the temp up from 24c to 30c up every hour slowly and started another ich treatment I'm constantly watching my fish to get to know them and the bleeding hearts look at though there swaying to one side any advice

Oops, wrong forum i think. Tetras, right. This is the saltwater forum and ick treatment is very different.
