I only feed and recommend New Life Spectrum. IME it is by far the best food out there right now. It should be effectively their entire diet. If you feel you need to feed something else it should be an insignificant part of the diet (as in no more than once per week).

Yea ill look for it at the store but I live in south Africa and you know the fish stores aren't stocked with the best quality products. But I will look for it and how many feeds a day?
