Hey
I am new in this hobby and wish you give me any good advice
In attached is my tank if 120 liter with 7 deferent plants

I lost a lot of fish ((maybe because tank wasn't cycled very well at the beginning 3 & 4 week)) !
I also lost 10 cardinal tetra because if ICH (white spot) + 8 Otto Algae eater :(

I have the medicine now but I didn't dose anything until I notice the disease again !

Now I have
gabby - 1
Lemon tetra - 6
Goldfish - 2
Up side down Catfish - 3
Dwarf gourami - 2
Discuss - 2
Parb - 2

I used heater (newly) to keep the water on 26 C
Just to keep the discus in the minimum temp

I have very good canister
4 X pulps light each is 36 W
CO2 system as well

I am attaching pictures for my tank as of today

Please let me know if you have any advice !

Regards.,
Raed

i'd be worried about the DG's nipping discus. Also, goldfish are cold water fish, meaning they should not have a heater.

Get the Goldfish their own tank. Celestial ( Bubble Eye) Goldfish should only be with their own type as they may have trouble competing for food. But they thrive if given enough space and clean water.

Cool water fish and they have a big bioload.

Keep testing your water.

You have A Guppy ? And Barbs ? What kind of Barbs ?

Discus AFAIK need large water changes to thrive and temps of at least 80f ?

I'm no expert, but Goldfish requires high Ph, Discus are low Ph fish.

Hi All,

Your comments are really nice

So I will reply to all instead if one by one

I just bought those big eyes goldfish to try them and get experience . I am little sad to say that if they die it is fine but I will do my best to keep them a live :)

Gubby I have only one peace and she doing well till now !

Till now I don't have water test kit :(
But on salary will by one immediately :)
I am blindly run the tank and wasn't so lucky so fad as I lost a lot if nice fishes like the cardinal tetras :(

I am not sure which parb is the one I have but they are very very active, today they was play and or fight I also don't know by they was really nice and fun together like lovers :) !

If I have to scarify then I would remove the goldfish

My plants going great and growing crazy
I think maybe I need to take care of the distribution of them !

Thanks dudes .,,

I want to add more pics do u guys ..

Last picture is how I changing water :(
Manually 50% weekly , Is this fine ?

The tank looks great, I agree with removing the barbs and goldfish as soon as you can, the tank will be a lot better off.

Today
one of the algae eater has die :(
Yesterday one of the goldfish has die also, the second one I think i could save it in the last moment, just took it out of the tank and separate hr alone in a cooler water !
but her eye balloon has gone, they looks like someone explode them in a pin :) !!
I also added few drops of the white spot medicine to her small tank !

Is this correct ?

Will attache pic for her from my Mobile ..

Thanks .,

Here the pics !
