My plants have holes in them!!!! What can I do? Please help

I have setup a new tank with 2 silver sharks and one gibbiceps catfish, but my newly planted plants are starting to get some holes in their leaves, don't now what it is. What can I do? Please pile on the advice!!!

Could you post a photo of the whole plant? That sorta looks like an aluminum plant which is actually an out of water plant. I have seen it sold as aquatic plant but it isn't. Happens a lot in stores. If I am wrong and it is some type of sword plant then you have a phosphate deficiency. What fertilizer are you using?
 
Yeah I gotta agree, it doesn't look like it's an aquatic plant. Or at least not fully aquatic. But some plants that aren't fully aquatic can adapt to fully aquatic habitats
They just lose their leaves and grow new ones to fit their new surroundings. Not sure about this plant.
