My plants

My plants are literally falling apart! I got anacharis for the fact that it doesn't need much light, but why are they just falling apart? They have been in the tank for 3 weeks. I know these go through a period when you first get them and they can do this, but why 3 weeks later?

I'm probably the last guy on the site to give good answers for plant questions...but I've heard that Excel can basically melt them. Did you possibly start using that recently? I've also seen and heard that they shed leaves like crazy in general.
