My red platy has a hunchback?

I just noticed one of my red platies has a hunchback. none of the other fish have this.....yet..... From google and other forums I'm freaking out that it could be Fish TB and all of my other fish are going to die. Help?

Hi, yes I will try again. It won't let me just insert an image so I'm trying to upload through tinypic or something like that :/

I should also add. that I found my fish dead this morning, and saw a white spot on her so I took a picture of that also. I'm worried if my other fish are in danger.
