My shrimp molted! Now where is he?

I woke up this morning to make sure my fish and shrimp were alive (still waiting to see if my snail'll move, although he looks dead). I found the shell from my shrimp! But - I have yet to find that little guy. I can normally spot out that little ghost shrimp with ease :[
Anyone else have problems like this with their Ghost Shrimps?

With fish in the tank, it's hiding out until it's shell hardens ... normal shrimp behavior. Give it a day or two, it'll probably eat it's own molt later to replenish lost nutrients.
